Does virginity really matters?
We have been made to believe that a woman’s virginity is the greatest gift that she can offer to the man that she will marry. Without it, she can never deserve any man’s love.
So to lose it to someone who turns out to be a monster would be devastating, and because we are made to think that losing oneself to a man in bed is too special, some women desperately hang on to their men. They believe that having given “it”, they would have to marry this man no matter what.
If you fear that because you are no longer virgins, and that no one will take you seriously anymore, then READ THIS:
In life, love comes and goes and comes again but the person you are, remains. You can only get better, stronger. Your self-image and self-worth should always remain intact. You must learn to value yourself and people will see your worth.
Believe you are worth loving.
I believe that the best gift a woman can give her husband is not her virginity but her undying love, respect, and commitment.
Your virginity can never be an assurance that your relationship will last. It is not even a bonus as some women think. Virginity can only be an issue if you make it one. And if you make it an issue, the more difficult it is for you to find that one person who will share you a love the way it should really be. Find love in someone who will accept you for what you really are and not for something that you can give or do. I assure you, that kind of love will last.

Do you consider yourself as chismosa/o?
ARE FILIPINOS REALLY TSISMOSOS?
Looking at movie magazines, gossip columns, and talk shows around, it seems that Filipinos have a preference for gossip. It wouldn’t be surprising if a survey would show that next to baby-making, gossip is the favorite hobby of the Filipinos. Well for me, Filipinos are just verbal with their concern for others. Gossiping is a part of bayanihan spirit, a cultural norm that is difficult to find in the West where people are distant to each other and individualistic. “We’re more into relationships or actions. Sa ibang bansa, kapag namatay kang nag-iisa, walang makakaalam“
